Our Mission is to join communities, build and strengthen neighbor relations, and work side by side with residents to address community-wide concerns linking them to the resources supportive of a healthy, safe and economically vibrant standard of living.

Food Box Program
Provides food boxes, each enough to feed a family of four for a week, to communities facing food insecurity.

Home Rehabilitation
Repairs roofs, floors, porches, stairs, and other safety risks so families can live with dignity.
Basic Needs
Provides essentials such as coats, blankets, footwear, dental kits, and emergency utility assistance.
