Through our Homeland Military Relief program, our spotlight recipients, Caring Hands Ministries and L.A.M.P. Ministries are able to distribute monthly food boxes to active and retired duty service personnel in need of assistance.

On Nov. 15th, they distributed 56 food boxes, each containing a complete Thanksgiving Dinner plus an additional meat item.

“Homeland Military Relief is a tangible way of saying ‘thank you for your service’.”

President, Caring Hands Ministries

The oldest veteran receiving a package was 85 and the youngest family member was almost 2 months old, too young to even suck on a drumstick. The program will continue to provide monthly food boxes to show appreciation and help active military and veterans in need. Read more about our veteran programs.
